BUYERS

Home ownership is one of the greatest accomplishments you can make! Whether this is your first purchase or you’re looking to upgrade. We are able to assist from start to finish!

Steps To Take:

1. Pre-Approval- The first and most important step to purchasing a home is to obtain pre-approval. Knowing your credit score is vital and will determine your buying power. Contact us today and we will refer you to one of our preferred lenders.

2. Shop For A Home- The next step is to find a home within the price point given by the lender. As your Realtors, we will assist and educate you throughout your search to ensure you are finding the best home and deal for your family. A home inspection and appraisal will be recommended once an offer is made on the property you choose.

3. Closing- The last and most rewarding step is closing day! This is where you will sign all of the required forms, including loan documents. Once the paperwork is sent to the lender and the loan is funded, you are ready to move into your new home!

SELLERS

Deciding to sell your home whether upgrading or downsizing is of great significance or value. Throughout the years of owning your home you may have built equity that can assist with your future purchase or be used as an incredible way to build wealth.

As your Realtors, it is our fiduciary responsibility to act in your best interest!

Step To Take:

1. Preparing To Sell- As your Realtors, we will prepare a Comparative Market Analysis to find out how much your home is worth. Based on the current market and your expectation, the home will be priced accordingly.

2. Curb Appeal- Ensuring that the home is clean and decluttered is very crucial to the success of the sell. Depersonalizing the home is also important.  Potential buyers like to view the home and imagine their family living in it. We will take quality photos and market your home on various internet sites.

3. Accepting an Offer- Every offer will be presented to you to counteroffer or accept. After you accept an offer on your home, the lender will schedule the appraisal to get the value of your home. Typically, an inspection is required to determine if there are any defects in the home that need to be repaired before closing. Once the paperwork is sent to the lender and the loan is funded, you are ready to close the deal!
